Vermont Eye Surgery & Laser Center’s Goals – Short & Long Term

Short Term:

• To ensure all patients receive the highest quality care on a completely non-discriminatory basis as to sex, race, color, creed or national origin. Planning activities forced on improving patient safety and health care quality.
• To ensure patients receive quality, safe care and to ensure professional performance and conduct are displayed by the medical staff, clinical and non-clinical personnel through and ongoing, monitoring quality assurance program.

Long Term:

• To continually strive to improve the quality, safety, and cost of patient care at The Eye Surgery Center. The environment of The Eye Surgery Center will be evaluated and changes will be made as identified.
