Billing
We aim to make the billing process as straightforward as possible.
Your surgical procedure will result in several separate bills from different sources:
Facility Bill
The Eye Surgery Center bill covers the use of our facility, and all necessary supplies used during your procedure. This PAY BILL link may be used to pay your FACILITY bill.

Laboratory Charges
Additional charges may apply for laboratory services. If any specimens are collected during your procedure, a separate bill for pathology services may be issued.
Surgeon Bill
You will receive a separate bill from the surgeon who performed your surgery. This bill will come from the office that originally scheduled your appointment.
For an estimate of the surgeon’s fees, please contact their office directly.
Coordination with Surgeon’s Business Office
We coordinate with your surgeon’s office to ensure we have accurate insurance information. If there are any questions regarding your insurance coverage, your insurance carrier will be contacted. If it is determined that you are responsible for the entirety or a portion of the bill, your surgeon’s office will provide an estimate.
Anesthesia Bill
If anesthesia was administered during your procedure, you will receive a separate bill from
Anesthesia Associates of Vermont.
